The engineer helped with a new hard drive and battery for my laptop. He did a great job explaining what he was doing & caring me along as he worked. In the end, it’s good value for my money.
Solid Rock IT were engaged for an installation from our old laptop to the new laptop. Mark was highly knowledeable and took time to explain pertinent issues to us, and importantly, how to gain the best performance from our new laptop going forward. I was at a loss achieving full wi fi coverage in my flat which does have very thick walls. I searched the internet and came across Solid Rock IT which has easy to follow web page and ticked my boxes. I left a message and received prompt response and agreed an initial survey which was followed up by a return visit and install of a mesh system by a polite knowledgeable engineer and pleased to say I do now have full wi fi coverage and would use them again.
Fantastic service by Mark and his brilliant engineer Oneil. Mark responded very promptly to my initial inquiry and following a few chats and a visit to the property the hard wiring installation was completed within a few days. Oneil worked very efficiently and carefully, accommodating our family’s needs to keep the equipment out of reach as well making the wiring tidy and hidden .
I was really impressed by Solid Rock from start to finish. Responsive, clear communication throughout, thorough, and incredibly helpful. I was happy to read the many five star reviews online - the engineer didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend this company for your Mac repair needs and anything else offered on their website.
