I’ve been going here for a little while to get laser hair removal on bikini area and underarms and I just recently added on getting my legs done and I am SHOCKED at how amazing the results are already. Lupe is honestly AMAZING she got me in here one way or another and if it wasn't for her efforts I wouldnt have gotten in here today and i ended up doing dysport with Ben who is my favorite! And I was able to get cool sculpting too! The entire team here is amazing I cant recall the names but the other front desk girl was super informative and helped me significantly and the cool sculpting girl was also helpful in understanding my needs. Great team here!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Sona Med Spa. I came in for laser hair removal on the underside of my beard along my neck—the exact area where I normally deal with constant razor bumps—and I couldn’t be more impressed with how everything went. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. I was checked in by Zoey at the front desk, and she was welcoming, professional, and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for a great visit. iI was treated by two professionals: [Ariel– Trainee], who was very attentive and thorough, and [Morgan– Trainer], who guided the process with confidence and expertise. They worked together seamlessly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and explained what they were doing every step of the way, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. I never felt rushed, and they clearly understood the challenges that come with sensitive skin and beard-line bumps. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It is marketed as painless. It’s not painless. It’s more like a splinter 800 times so it’s not crazy but it’s not painless. This was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. If you’re dealing with neck bumps or considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend Sona Med Spa. I’ll definitely be back.
