I have been a client of Southside Animal Hospital for probably 20 years. The doctors and staff have always treated my animals like their own. Being welcomed by Casey and Megan at the desk, to techs in the back with the vets, to staff who care for animals when boarding to the doctors who are compassionate & friendly. You can’t find a better clinic for your veterinary needs.
Southside took great care of our dog Ike for many years, up until his final day yesterday. We had to put him down, and they made the whole process go as well as it could have, with lots of care and warmth. We're very thankful and appreciative of them.
My pups visited today for shots & check up. Found out that I was eligible for Veteran’s discount. Always appreciate a respect for service. And tomorrow is Veterans Day! So thank you.
Everyone is so sweet. My dog hates going to the vet and always has and acts accordingly. They are always willing to listen to my suggestions to help keep him calm and provide great care with a very difficult patient. Everyone is always sweet to him even if he is giving them a stare down at the same time. They also make it so convenient to schedule appointments or refill meds all I have to do it text and they quickly take care of it.
My cat, Leonardo, and I had a very pleasant experience at Southside Animal Hospital. Leo had an exam, vaccinations, and stayed for boarding while I went on a 4-day business trip. All of the staff was attentive and accomodating, and Leo was in great condition when I picked him up after my trip. He was calm and content, and his coat looked beautiful! After returning home, he was immediately back to normal with no (re)adjustment period required. I highly recommend Southside Animal Hospital for pet medical care and cat boarding needs.
