This was the best massage experience I've ever had. I got the Lavender Haze Aromatherapy Massage with Rachel, and it was perfect. We talked a little bit beforehand so she knew exactly what I was wanting (which was just to relax - I didn't want to worry about getting knots out or anything because those massages, while very beneficial, hurt and that's not what I was wanting). Afterward she still walked me through some things I can do to help with the knots and tension in my neck and shoulders that I didn't want worked out :) I am from out of state and it was a bit last-minute so I was only able to book 60 minutes, but if I could have I would definitely do longer. The price was amazing for it as well. If I'm ever back in Tucson, I will be coming back.
I've been here a few times and it's been exceptional each time! Kind caring staff and phenomenal services. Lindsay was my therapist this last time and she was great, tailoring my session to my needs and working on the areas I specifically requested. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Spa Daze for awhile, and it has been the best experience! The staff are so friendly and great at all they do. Today, I tried a new to me massage called Ashiatsu and oh my gosh.... Best massage ever!! It really helped with deep tension that I continue to have and is so smooth! I was truly amazed at how this is done and how it feels after YEARS of deep tissue massages by hand in a variety of spas. I also highly recommend Reiki here! I really enjoy going to see Rachel every few weeks! She is wonderful, so intuitive and has so much to offer!
Had my first ever prenatal massage (90 minute) yesterday with Maria & she was amazing! She addressed my issue areas & provided a plan/recommendation to continue to address my issue areas moving forward. Will be back throughout my pregnancy!
Spa Daze is my new favorite place for massage! Sarah was wonderful; she listened to my needs and concerns, did a fabulous job! The staff are super nice, the spa itself is welcoming yet quiet. I had a 60 minute massage, the moist heat for my back and neck were wonderful and relaxing, and Sarah got all the problem areas smoothed out for me! Will definitely return.
