I've been numerous times since this spa has opened and at the beginning the facilities were fresh, clean and staff, helpful. Unfortunately as time has passed it has slowly gone downhill. With the men's changing room and showers always being dirty and facilities either not functioning fully or properly, without prior warning is hugely disheartening. The staff enthusiasm and care has dropped dramatically, feeling like you're turning up to their social spot and interrupting. To top off the booking system seems a farce as well as the website will say no availability but if you ring, it's often that you're informed there is availability and when you go in, it's almost empty but still no availability which I find strange. For £19 a visit it's very lacklustre
Have tried contacting via email/contact form on website, on a number of occasions, to book spa day for myself and my friends, yet to ever receive any acknowledgement. It's difficult for me to phone as I work shifts and sometimes don't get a chance if I'm busy, or spa is closed when I get free time. Am sure the place is lovely tho, maybe some day I'll find out 🤷🏻♀️
Let's take it that I wasted my money. Spa experience is a beautiful place to unwind. I usually use the steam room,sauna and the likes. Highly recommended! This time, I decided to go for a treatment and I honestly didn't have a great experience. The young lady lady didn't have a great customer care. The brow tint wasn't down well. I told her and she said that's the best she could do. Next day, the tint was all gone. Lessons learnt.
1st time visit for spa experience. Two of the party had booked massage as well and both really enjoyed it. The spa area was very calm and relaxing, everywhere was spotless. The staff were lovely both in the spa area and the main welcome area. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable prices, easy to find and plenty of free parking.
