It was amazing.! Summer is so knowledgeable, experienced and just wonderful.! She made this whole experience all about me and made me feel very comfortable!! Love her.!!! And the Steam room.!! Relaxing.! Will be back soon

I was so excited to receive a massage but the experience wasn’t amazing. I understand everyone technique maybe different from location to location. There was jerking and slapping of my body throughout the entire session, not as a form of a technique, but seemed it turned into a start of frustration. The sheet wasn’t gently placed over me to remain in relaxation , but thrown over me, I sat up thinking it was going to cover my head. I could feel his energy was off. I had to even say something to him to relax the atmosphere .My arms wasn’t firmly placed under the sheets with care but thrown under the sheets. As Bryan was performing the message, he was even talking to himself out loud using profanity to the point I had to sit up to make him was aware I could hear him. It was very uncomfortable, it seemed seductive and creepy. I understand people may talk to themselves while working to perform a technique but it was getting strange, in the environment we were in . I don’t know if this is standard procedure, but a cloth was placed over my face, not as a form of relaxation, but I felt as if he did not want to look at me the reason. Instead of Bryan guiding me into what he expected as he massaged, he spoked from a place of frustrations after I made awareness of his behavior . I have had massages by males and they knew how to gently caress and care for the body, while performing a deep tissue massage, what Bryan is lacking. He maybe better off working with males. I’m giving my honest feedback. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all sadly this was a birthday gift to myself. I feel violated and wasn’t handled with care. I wasn’t able to respond back to the owner but integrity goes a longs ways, they did not call or send an email. If I felt violated as a young African American woman, why would I want services again as a reminder of what I experienced . Yes, there’s many satisfied customers, but not many fit in my catalog to experience the same .

I don’t know what kind of celestial deal this man made, but I’m convinced Eleazar didn’t go to massage school—he was sent down on a cloud, riding a unicorn, with God’s own kisses for hands. From the moment he started, my muscles basically filed for early retirement. My stress packed its bags and said, “We don’t live here anymore.” I’m 90% sure I floated out of the room afterward. Birds sang. Angels harmonized. Somewhere, a harp played softly. Every knot in my body? Gone. Every worry? Evaporated. My soul left my body for a quick joyride, then came back just to tip him extra. If you think I’m exaggerating—book a session. Just be warned: after Eleazar, no other massage will ever be good enough. You’ll compare every back rub to divine intervention. 10/10. Would ascend again. 🕊️✨

My first experience with Spa Lux was absolutely awesome, but sadly, they've changed. They don't handle complaints well. They don't apologize, and they blame the client. Some of the massage therapists lack training, don't listen, and cause injuries. You are a business learn how to handle complaints and take responsibility for your therapists.
