A friend gave me a gift certificate for this place and I had my first prenatal massage here. The staff was very kind and accommodating when I came in late (so sorry about that!) and what position was comfortable for me. Kiki gave me one of the greatest massages ever and I wanted to fall asleep after a hectic day. The entire place was super nice and charming. I would highly recommend coming here! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience
Very thankful I found Spa Uilani. Definitely recommend them. Super friendly staff. Taylor and Brooke are both extremely helpful and kind and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your experience. From their greeting, to appointment setting, providing a robe, slippers and a hot towel upon arrival. They truly make the experience great. Chikako is an amazing massage therapist and really cares about giving you a relaxing massage. She always makes sure to check in with me during the massage to make sure the pressure is good. I definitely give Spa Uilani 5 stars for their customer service, management, facility and massage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband surprised me with a massage here for my birthday a few years ago. Since then, this is my go-to place! The staff is always friendly, the rooms are incredibly clean, and the massages and facials are the best! I love their clean locker rooms stocked with all the necessary things you could think of. Thank you Spa Uilani!
Wow, just the most relaxing spot for massage and facials. The consistency and quality of the therapists, the space is its own vibe. Should be 10 stars!! Each treatment room is curated with local artists and the finish hibiscus iced tea and rice cake are the cherry on top. Mahalo Spa Uilani!!
Spa U'ilani is amazing and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Whenever friends and family visit me in Hawaii, this is always on my "I need to take you here" list. Between the hot hand towels, ultra soft robes, spotless locker room, and the most amazing hibiscus tea concoction, Spa U'ilani has curated the perfect "treat yourself" getaway experience. Their entire staff is fantastic and take wonderful care of their guests from the moment they walk in. I love getting the C-ESTA and Desembre facials done by Nalani, and the U'ilani or Deep Tissue massages by Ashia. Both are superstars, but I have heard great things about the other staff members as well. Looking forward to the many more spa visits to come!
