Mike is an amazing massage therapist. He listens to his clients and truly cares about their experience. I have seen him numerous times, and every appointment has been incredible. Can not recommend him highly enough.
Love love love! I have been a decade long client of Jill’s and had not seen her in a while due to distance when I moved closer to her new spa I was excited to place my skin care back into her hands. I suffer from hyper pigmentation and melasma and Jill was the first and only person who has been able to put me on a regimen that worked to clear my skin. She is kind caring yet straightforward, and will tell you what needs to be said based on her expertise and deep understanding of skin of all types I’m so happy to be back in her care. AND she always checks on you. Truly a gem of a person ❤️
I’ve been a Spa West client for years, & love the 80 minute massages with Mike! He’s an amazing massage therapist!!! And Sophia in reception is incredibly genuine, client focused, & makes sure that every guest has a positive experience! I highly recommend their monthly subscription for massages as it’s a much needed break from the stress of daily life. They also offer gift cards for those who want to splurge on a friend or loved one!
Came here for the first time as a gift from one of my best friends and left feeling better than ever. First of all - the place is beautiful and it’s so clean. I had Geeyha (for massage) and Nicki (for pedicure) and they were both amazing - taking the time to be receptive to feedback and my needs as a client. And they were both personable which helped provide a really relaxing time. I will definitely be back - and I look forward to seeing them and all the rest of the friendly staff that I encountered, soon!
I had my nails down by Nikki today. I hadn’t had my nails done in years and decided to visit a local mall nail salon, they butchered my nails and did not do what I requested. Nikki took the time to fix my nails and made sure they were perfect. From the shape, length and color that I truly wanted. I look forward to working with Nikki in the future! I also had made the last minute decision to have my hair shampooed with a blow out. Amina was wonderful and took me last minute. She took the time to wash, massage and give me a nice blow out with some volume! I look forward to me a longtime customer of spa West!!!
