They tried cheating my wife out of a gift certificate from her mother! Her mom had to call and prove how much she paid in order for them to schedule the service. I have never bought someone a gift card and then later had to call to confirm how much I paid in order for the person to redeeem the gift. Absolute atrocious customer service arguing over $25. And you try to make it right by offering to schedule the service that was already paid for? How generous.
All I can say is WOW. My husband and I booked our first couples massage and it was INCREDIBLE. Lance did my massage and Angela did my husband's, they were both amazing. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Lance and Angela!
We’ve been coming to this spa for couples massages for the last 5 years, and we’re absolutely obsessed! It’s become a tradition to spend every anniversary here, and we truly look forward to it each time. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, the space is incredibly clean, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The massages are hands-down the best in KC. My husband always requests Joe! He’s amazing and never disappoints! If you’re looking for a consistent, top-quality spa experience with people who truly care, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!
I got a chance to come in for the Valentine’ Day couples massage with my partner. It was our first time coming here and first time getting a professional massage. We both really enjoyed the atmosphere; the music, sounds and smells were all so relaxing. The massages were really great, Heather and Lance made us feel really comfortable with the experience. The package was a really good deal and we really liked the extra touches of snacks and water with fruit ice cubes. Will be returning :)
Been to Spalation a handful of times and enjoyed my experience every time. They have amazing massage therapists and admin staff members. I always find it so cute they give you a little plate of fruits at the end of your massage. Couples massage option is great too, keep in mind they have monthly specials packages for couples so prices may differ. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff at this spa and very impressed that they made their own perfumes!
