Unreliable. They no showed to my event. I booked and paid several weeks ahead of time for them to deliver over $400 worth of balloons to a restaurant only a mile from them for a surprise 40th birthday. We arrived to event and no balloons. I tried to call but no answer so sent a email to notify them. They did not attempt to call, only emailed back well after the event had started to inquire if I might want the balloons still delivered (while we had already surprised the guest of honor and already started dinner- no thank you). Maybe they pay more attention to bigger jobs. Should have used Balloon Delights in Marin.
I tried to buy some party favors and no one was at the store front. Then when I tried to buy them online, I had to have a minimum order value of $50. So strange! Also, I need them urgently and I couldn't schedule an order time for 2 days. Very inconvenient.
I was so pleasantly surprised! I was nervous of placing an order online without having seen the arrangements in person. But to my greatest delight, the arrangement looked even better than the pictures and what I was expecting. But the best part is how nice and accommodating everyone was. I had a special request to have the arrangements delivered early for a surprise, and they worked with me to be stealthy and deliver at the most convenient time. It's businesses like these that deserve the recognition!! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. No more guesswork for me!

I’ve ordered from Sparky’s Balloons three times now, and each time the balloons themselves have been exactly what I needed—and at a great price. I really appreciate the quality and value of your products. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding customer service during my last two visits. During graduation season, I placed an order for my department at a university. I called ahead to update the phone number for the delivery. The first time I called, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called again and spoke with a manager who assured me the number would be updated. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, and I had to spend a lot of time tracking down the delivery on a large campus. More recently, I placed a simple pickup order for loose balloons. When I arrived at the store, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. I saw an order with my name on it, assumed it was mine, and left. Once I got to my car, I realized the order wasn’t correct, so I returned to the store. When I asked for help, I was met with a bit of attitude and someone saying, “I don’t know which balloons you’re talking about.” After showing my paperwork, they pointed to my actual order sitting on the table without walking me to my order. I'm not sure if I’ll be returning, but I felt it was important to share this experience. I truly hope this feedback is helpful, as I would love to keep supporting your business—especially when the products themselves are so great.
