Came in with my family of 7, and its been atleast a year since I've been here because my credit card number was stolen, and this was the only place I handed them the card(at bar) So didn't want to come back, but my grandsons birthday he wanted to bowl, so we came. I told the Lady (Desiree) why I was paying in cash. A little while later she came and gave us a 75 card for arcade. She didn't have to do that. She was so awesome. Thank you so much Desiree 💓.
This was our 2nd time having our son's birthday party at this location and once again it was a great experience! Their party coordinator Heather, was absolutely amazing! Not only did she take care of us the first time we booked his party, she even remembered us and that almost 2yrs ago. We promised we'd back and we definitely did! Highly recommend for any age birthday, event, or just for fun with family and friends 🙂
Great times with the family. Don't let the few negative reviews deter you from going like It almost did to me. It has attentive staff, great customer service and everyone is doing their best. Security inside is a plus, but having an extra layer outside with a police officer on a weekend is nice for running off any troubles before they even reach the door. We had a large group and everyone had a great time! The food is hot and drinks are cold. You may have the be a little patient on a Saturday night, but what place worth while isn't busy?! I've been to every bowling alley in Jacksonville and this is by far the best. Love the lounge areas while you are waiting on your turn to bowl and the ability to skip the line and order your own food from the Kiosk that's conveniently located in the bowling area is a nice touch. Arcade has lots of fun games and isn't over stimulating for the little ones. Seriously, just go and have fun!
Spliffs was fun! Laser tag was a blast and the $20/PP for nights 8-11pm was super worth it! Would definitely come back and recommend this place for parties or events or even fun little date nights or family nights
Had a fun time here. I've never been but it was easy to make reservations which made it quick and easy! The staff was quick. Our pizza however took awhile because 'something happened to ours' not sure what happened to it but it came pretty quickly after that.
