We did our homework and received four other bids, but Mike’s estimate was very competitive and transparent. The crew took on the massive task of scraping, retexturing, priming, and painting all the ceilings and walls. The transformation is incredible. What really stood out was their professionalism: the crew was friendly, arrived exactly on time every day, and their attention to detail was fantastic. They actually went above and beyond by coming back an extra day just because they wanted to touch up some finish work to ensure it was perfect. Our 12 year old home was in need of new paint. We contacted Spokane Painting Pros & made an appointment through Lisa, who was wonderful to work with. She scheduled an appointment for a quote with Mike, the owner. Mike arrived at the scheduled time & listened to what we wanted. He made some suggestions & said he would provide us with a written quote in approximately three days. The quote was within the budget we had in mind, so we schedled the qwork. Mike's crew was punctual every day & communicated with us during the entire job. Their work & professionalism met all our expectations and we will definitely use them again on our next project.
Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on the exterior of our home. They were meticulous in all areas of the job. The fascia on our home was severely weathered in areas and the crew took great pains to restore it to a smooth condition. Their painting was precise with distinct borders, even in hard to reach surfaces. At the end, their clean up left us with little to do. Our little 97 year old home desperately needed to be painted, and after several bids, we chose to go with Spokane Painting Pros. We absolutely love the new look, and really appreciated the time and attention Mike and his crew took in order to make it happen. With the dark color we chose, the age and condition of our home and the really hot weather, the job was a challenge, to say the least. Mike's crew were always timely, respectful, hard working, and seemed to really care about the quality of work they put out. I gathered five quotes from from local painters. Two were WAY overpriced and clearly a ripoff. After talking to Spokane Painting pros we went with them. The price was fair, the rep was excellent, the crew was professional, and they did an excellent job. There is no way I could have matched this level of quality doing it alone! I recommend them highly and would definitely use there services again!
