We spoke on the phone to a number of different pediatricians before our son was born (COVID-19 prevented us from going in person). Spring Valley was by far the best. We had a lot of questions about billing because they don't take insurance, but they returned emails quickly and even followed up with a phone call to make sure we understood everything. Despite this we initially decided to go with a different pediatrician due to the cost. After our baby was born he spent one night in the NICU and upon bringing him home we needed to see a doctor within 24 hours. We called our chosen pediatrician and told them the situation, but they couldn't see us within that initial 24 hour period, and didn't seem to make much of an effort to help out. We called Spring Valley and they saw us within 2 hours. There was no dealing with automated system when we called, either. A real person answered and the whole process was very fast and easy. That experience alone convinced us that the extra cost was worth it. Since then everyone has been very understanding, accommodating, and extremely nice. They remember us when we walk in the door and we feel like everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors genuinely care about us and our baby. I don't think that we would receive the same kind of personalized care if we had gone with a different doctor, which for us only reinforces our decision to go with Spring Valley. We feel like part of a community, and Dr. Warfield is very reassuring and encouraging. We highly recommend them!

All the providers @ SVP are exceptional! Dr Long helped us when my son fell and needed stitches. She replied on her day off & provided excellent care. My friends see Dr VanVleck and Moss they rave about them all

¡Maravillosos médicos, enfermeras y personal! Un espacio genial, limpio y acogedor para los niños. Llamamos cuando nuestra hija recién nacida estaba enferma y el pediatra de guardia esa noche nos escuchó y nos aconsejó ir directamente a la NICU en Childrens. Una decisión súper impresionante, rápida y proactiva, ya que le diagnosticaron RSV, necesitó atención urgente y estuvo en la NICU durante 2,5 semanas. Siempre nos atienden rápidamente si hay una enfermedad inmediata y no podríamos estar más felices con el equipo de Spring Valley. ¡Nuestros hijos están en las manos más seguras! ¡Gracias!
