Springs Chiropractic is an amazing establishment. Their front office is so welcoming. I see them for medical massages. Ms. Ashley is very attentive.

Dr. Delmi Barrera is a wonderful chiropractor, and a very nice person. Dr. Barrera has been able to appropriately adjust me to minimize my pain, without the benefit of x-rays, which the previous unprofessional chiropractic practice I went to stated they released electronically, but didn’t. Also, the previous chiropractic practice made my pain and injuries worse. That’s what Dr. Barrera had to start with, and he has successfully and effectively treated my condition. Thank you, Dr. Barrera.
I cannot even begin to explain how thankful I am for Dr. Knoche and Springs Chiropractic. I was on vacation and began to experience the worst upper back/neck pain I have ever had. I go to a chiropractor routinely in my hometown for sciatic pain/headaches, but this was something entirely new. Such a severe pain that it actually brought me to the emergency room earlier that day, as the pain was radiating through to my chest making it difficult to breathe. The ER staff told me chiropractic was not recommended (go figure), but I knew it was exactly what I needed. Springs Chiropractic was one of the few open businesses on a Friday, and from reading online reviews I felt it was my best option. As I’m sure you can imagine, it’s a bit nerve wracking to have someone work on your spine when you are a new patient, in a different state, in severe pain. I am truly SO thankful to God that I was able to have my appointment at Springs Chiropractic. When I arrived I was told that I had shown up to the wrong location, but despite that, they squeezed me into the schedule because of my severe pain. They were very kind and accommodating, and Dr. Knoche was so caring in asking questions, listening, validating, and immediately made me feel like I could trust him with my care. They did a tens unit, ultrasound waves, manual adjustment, and shockwave therapy. I immediately felt everything loosening up and no longer a pinched nerve, relieving the tingling down my arm. They provided me with an herbal muscle relaxant and I had to continue to rest and alternate ice/heat that day, but the next day I was totally healed! I could not believe it! I even photographed a 10 hour wedding day that next day carrying heavy gear across my upper back, and I didn’t experience any pain. The treatments/adjustment that were performed was exactly what my body needed. My family and I were praying for a miracle and I truly experienced one through the hands of Dr. Knoche and his team. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!
This chiropractor has been a game-changer! The red light therapy and sound wave treatments have helped me feel better, faster. I’ve noticed less pain, more energy, and quicker recovery. The chiropractor is knowledgeable and truly listens, and the front desk staff is friendly and professional—they make every visit smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want real results and great service!
