Always an enjoyable experience at this Sprouts! Great customer service, fresh food, and they carry almost all of the foods that I can eat. I wish that their nuts were cheaper and that they would consider freezing their Ezekiel bread. But other than that, everything is perfect!
Thank you to the whole team at Sprouts Uni Heights! We ordered pre made holiday trays for an airbnb stay for a multi-generational family and you all made our lifes so perfect and fed us for days. The food was sooooo good! And the while team was fantastic everytime we went into the store. Thank you!!!
I've been to many sprouts in many towns . I've always had good service with knowledgeable staff. The Highland store in San Diego was terrible. There a black lady in in the health health vitamin area who was non-responsive, Not caring, not knowledgeable about the products and could not assist or recommend daily vitamin products. She had an attitude that show that she did not want to be there. She wanted to be someplace else.. I hope management will recognize And will train. In other stores it seems personnel reads about the products And becomes knowledgeable And is cheerful; truthfully happy to help people. In the Highland in San Diego it is not the case.
I went to this grocery store yesterday and overall it was a decent experience. The aisles were pretty organized, and it was easy to find most of what I needed. The produce section looked fresh, though a few items were a bit past their prime. Prices were reasonable, not the cheapest but not outrageous either. The checkout line moved quickly, and the cashier was friendly enough. Parking was a little tight, but I managed. I’d probably go back if I needed a quick trip, though I might check out a few other stores nearby for comparison.
This grocery store deserves 10 stars. This is the friendliest grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life. Years ago when I was living outside I would come here a few times a week and walk out with more than 2 armfuls of items without ever paying for them. No matter how rough i looked with or without shoes on my feet they always welcomed me into the store and would tell me to have a great day on the way out. This went on for years. Even the customers knew what I was up to and had offered to pay for the items I was clenching to in my arms. I politely declined because I was to embarrassed and tweaked out to wait in line. I don't know who the manager was at the time but I know that this store is amazingly friendly with all customers. The least I could do is give them 5 star rating. I do not recommend this at all. As of recently they have private security working at the door.
