We traveled to Las Vegas from Minnesota, and had an AMAZING time at the Spy Ninjas HQ! My 11 year old daughter is a spy Ninjas super fan, and I think this visit literally made her entire year. From the moment we walked in the door every single person was so friendly and helpful! My daughter is frightened of vacuums, and at one point someone was vacuuming, one of the staff noticed and led us an alternate way so we didn’t have to pass the vacuum, I wish I would have gotten her name. There are so many fun things to do here, the whole family was able to have a great time, including our 16 year old son. My daughter also got to meet Shinobi and Reo, and they took the time to take a picture and answer all of her Spy Ninja questions! She did want to meet Melvin but didn’t get the chance, so maybe we’ll have to make another trip some day :) This was a wonderful experience that I’m sure my daughter will remember forever, thank you so, so much!
we had the pleasure to speak with Spencer and we would like to say thank you. He was very helpful and very professional, showing us all the options for the birthday coming and all the rooms available. This is the 5th location visiting, one of the reasons i never booked was a staff, unprofessional. We will book this place thanks to Spencer and all staff, being so kind and make you feel welcome.🤗 thank You Spencer
This is probably one of the best indoor play places that we have taken our kids to. My husband had a ton of fun climbing around through tunnels with the kids and on the ropes course. There are a lot of activities there that we do not do but look like a ton of fun. This is a great place for all ages. Even people without kids. For kids eight and under there is a dedicated area if they are nervous about being around bigger kids. I loved the arcade and thought that their prizes were better than most arcades.
I will give 5 stars to the facility, BUT 2 stars to the front reception lady staff. She is definitely not well-trained to work at the front. She doesn't provide any information or introduce any package to us. When our party keeps asking her what the procedure is that we have young kid and some adults will join the fun but some others will just keep an eye on the kid, she never told us parents need the wrist bands to get in and watch the kids. We had to run back and forth and in line again to get things settled. Tayler at the adventure area is amazingly professional and knowledgeable. We learned everything about this place including the multi package ($89 for 1.5 hours and one option at the adventure area: smash room, escape room, and virtual reality...) Definitely need a raise for him if he is not a supervisor yet. It's understaffed at the rock climbing section. Only one staff to assist and guide the ppl inside the ground on top of checking in and equipping ppl who want to get in, but Michael is very nice and friendly. He also sanitized every helmet. It's a fun place accommodating from kids to teens and adults. More extreme and exciting indoor activities for teens and adults including rock climbing area with different setups for challenges, zip line, adventure area, airy obstacles, and trampolines etc. The package (1 hour $25, 3 hours $40) does NOT include the socks. You are mandatory to pay for their socks to get in. They also have a cute little bar on the second floor and a cafe right by the entrance. The chicken wings are delicious. The staff, Dana (a gentleman) is very nice. The Retro bartender, Keoki, is amazingly friendly and attentive. He can make any drinks you want to your preference!! $4 beer and $7 well drink cocktails. Keoki makes delightful mango cocktail with bubble on top (sweet ninja). Love it. Will definitely come back for the multi package Tyler told us about!!
From start to finish this place is spectacular! Kids had a blast with everything! Team member Jay at the front check in desk was super nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed! Tons of stuff to explore and unload of some energy with! Kids are aged 5, 11 and it was perfect! I hung out upstairs and watched the kids up top with a few cold ones and had a blast! Will old highly recommend and will be back soon!
