Grat service, realy nice and profesional. Michelle help us all the way with the process. The guys really nice and helpful too. They did it fast even though it was holiday. My sister and I were really excited whey they returned the car, all the details and super clean the car.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I was given frequent updates on the status. After dropping my vehicle off, the owner himself even offered to cover an Uber to my next destination when the rental company took awhile to pick me up. Not only the great experience, my car was even detailed inside and out upon pickup. I found them through insurance, but 100% recommend

I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first—especially about whether the paint job would match—but they exceeded every expectation. You can truly tell the people there enjoy their work. Not only did they repair the damage from the accident on the driver’s side, but they also took care of other issues they noticed. I was fortunate to be randomly selected in their raffle, which included a full detail—inside and even the engine. My truck was pretty dirty when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up, it looked completely brand new.” I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ryan, who is truly old-school and down-to-earth—it’s rare these days to meet such genuine people. Michelle at the front desk was also fantastic; she kept it real with me and even sent me a link so I could track the progress of my truck online. The process took 14 days for repairs and 5 additional days for detailing. Even though they were short-staffed (and I completely understand people need vacations), I’m glad I didn’t rush them because the results were more than worth the wait. The quality of their work far surpassed other places I’ve been— I am happier with the outcome
I will let pictures speak for themselves. I had an excellent experience with SS collision from day one. Great customer service, Michelle (front office) even helped me sort out insurance issues. Once my claim was up and running everything went as smooth as could be. Always responsive and transparent with what the situation looked like and with updates on my car. The repair took a little over a month due to some insurance pauses. Fully recommend!
5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend this shop enough! SS Collision just replaced the rear quarter panel bumper cover on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, and the entire experience was flawless. From the moment I walked in, Ryan, Laura, and Michelle went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They handled everything with my insurance, saving me so much time and hassle. The quality of the repair is outstanding—my 4Runner looks brand new! I was also amazed at how quickly they completed the work. It only took them 3 days, which is unheard of for this level of quality. The staff kept me updated throughout the process, were incredibly professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results. If you’re looking for a repair shop that combines top-notch workmanship with stellar customer service, this is the place to go.
