I was hesitant at my age, 63, to join a gym called Stacked Coaching! I finally did it and have lived it from day one. The gym is geared for everyone, the classes are great and even kind of personalized. I do personal training. Love all the trainers! Others in the gym are supportive and friendly. The atmosphere keeps me very motivated

I have worked out for many years, in many different places, prior to joining Stacked. I joined because I was looking for something different, and that’s exactly what I got. The workouts are impeccably programmed and build each week to promote strength, endurance, and active recovery. This has enabled me to be more consistent with my training and keeps me engaged. I am doing things in the gym that I didn’t think I was capable of, surrounded by people who champion my successes and encourage me when I need motivation. If you feel stuck on the wheel of HIIT classes or doing the same routine in the gym, Stacked offers a fresh perspective that delivers real results.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first joined but wow it has totally blown me away. This was my first experience ever joining a gym and I didn’t know if I would like it. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that this place is different, and way more than just a gym. The workouts are so well curated. They are challenging but never feel impossible. The coaches are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. They strike the perfect balance of supporting where you’re at and also pushing you to where you can go. Everyone in the classes are so welcoming and encouraging. I never thought I’d be a person that workouts everyday but now I can’t imagine not. I genuinely look forward to coming to a gym where the community is amazing, the workouts are killer, and the space feels like a second home.
