Everyone is great! Darby, Megan did an amazing job Keravive scalp treatment! Naz is fantastic from consult throughout Genius RF microneedling treatments, she is the best at lip and cheek filler! I ultimately chose Stadia Med Spa for all my services because during my consultation with Darby she answered all of my questions honestly, gave me great information, and made me feel comfortable. I have had a HydraFacial and Laser treatment done and both have been fantastic. I’ve also had one cool sculpting treatment, but it’s too soon to tell results on that one. So far everyone here has been so sweet and wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!
I’m heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying that Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful — their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product — far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it’s full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn’t gone down even after four days. I can’t describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of — emotionally, financially, and physically. If you’re considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I’m dealing with right now. Update: After extensive back-and-forth communication with the managing partner of Stadia Med Spa—and even returning to their office for additional photos despite already providing several—the managing partner has now stopped responding to my calls and messages. So much for “working toward a resolution,” as they stated in their follow-up to my original post. Below are the photos; the first was taken today, 16 days after the treatment I received from Naz. I will be moving forward with contacting an attorney.
