Very professional, hard working, friendly. He made sure everything was prepared on advance to insure our furniture would not be damaged. He shared information how I could keep our carpet cleaned on a regular bases without braking the bank. I was happy with his service so much that I signed up with their yearly plan and will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Drew was on time,he was very organized,He worked efficiently,got everything done and most importantly the carpets smelled fresh Drew cleaned a bedroom carpet and an adjoining office carpet and some throw rugs. I’m a Stanley steamer customer of many years and will continue as a customer for all of my needs!! a couple years ago,I had all my air vents cleaned and they did a great job on that as well.
Stanley Steamer is simply the best Carpet Company period!!! However today, after having used this service over the last 40 years, Michael Gomez is THE VERY BEST of their best Carpet Cleaner and Specialist - Full Stop, game over! This guy is a seasoned Artist that takes pride in every step of the process and ensures that he has FAR exceeded any previous expectations.
OK, I am absolutely thrilled with the results on my LVT! The two technicians (Steven & Jason I recall) were incredible, super nice, easy to chat with and gave great suggestions. They worked very quickly cleaned up 100% after the job was done. I wish I had done my whole house, I will be planning that very soon. Thank you!!!
