Came here for lunch and coffee, got a vanilla latte which was the best coffee i’ve ever had. We got the open steak sandwich and Turkish eggs. Both of these dishes were incredible, the steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Turkish eggs were cooked perfectly and gorgeous rich yolks!! The focaccia and sourdough were both incredible and fluffy. Staff were lovely and so so friendly! can’t wait to come back
Absolutely dreamy truffled eggs from Starlings❤️ Two poached eggs on a chonk of sourdough, smothered in a rich truffle & parmesan sauce! It seriously delivered, although I did have one perfectly runny egg and one overcooked😱 Obviously had to add crispy bacon and that was cooked exactly how I like it - super salty too! Such an unassuming lil spot in Clifton, but I was really impressed with the food. Their outdoor seating area gives major alfresco European dining vibes which I loveeeeed😍 Tbh the service felt a bit off - not the friendliest l've experienced - but deffo could've just been a hectic morning and the food more than made up for it!
Wow what a brunch. Just look at this BEAUTY. Perfect golden runny eggs and brilliant flavour profiles between spicy chickpeas, cool yoghurt and tangy pickles. This place is brilliant for all, I would happily take my parents here, go on a date, or just pop in for coffee and people watch. My only complaint is the tip expectancy when you pay at the till before you’ve even eaten. Get rid of that, it leaves a bad taste imho.
We were accommodated last minute for brekkie for my dads birthday, and when we arrived there was a beautiful table by the window and complimentary cakes waiting for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, flavours completely out of this world (mushroom miso toast especially 🌟) and service was fab. Thank you Starlings for a really special morning.
What a gorgeous spot! Lovely cosy seasonal interior, the warmest welcome from staff upon arrival and delicious brunch at a very reasonable price! Not the biggest menu BUT this made choosing a little bit easier (although there were multiple dishes I wanted to try!!) but makes picking more streamlined and they’ve nailed their dishes!! Looking forward to going back to enjoy more and take home some sweet treats!!
