I’m currently on the two week introductory trial and have done yin yoga, breath work and meditation and core 45. Katie is so wonderful! She creates a calm, accepting and safe space for practice. I’ve had a few injuries (bursitis and knee injuries from sport) and she has always assisted with alternative poses and exercises.
We were blessed to experience the incredible teachings of Katie during her 6am class. WOW! What a most perfect way to start the day. We have actually followed Katie for several years and enjoyed her classes at various studios, so discovering she opened her own space was extremely exciting. She is one of the most empowering teachers, offering thorough cues to guide creative, challenging and fun sequences. Time flies and with such a well-rounded practice (including breathwork and mindfulness) we float out of there feeling new, fresh and ready to conquer the world! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion Katie and CONGRATULATIONS again. The space is beautiful, parking is FREE everywhere on the streets and it was easy to access. I’ve had three classes with Sava and they’ve been fantastic. He’s gentle but motivating, and explains everything in a way that makes it easy to follow. I'm new to yoga, and was hesitant, but he takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable while still being challenged. Highly recommend his classes. You can tell he genuinely cares.
