You need to close every browser tab you have open for realtors and reach out to Stephanie Sacco at Thrive Realty immediately. Better yet, submit an inquiry on her website; she called me back in about 10 minutes. As a first-time single millennial homebuyer, I went into this process with a lot of anxiety and was dragging my feet. I had no idea where to start or if what I wanted was even possible. Here is my timeline: I inquired on Thursday, her in-house mortgage team started the process that evening, we viewed homes Sunday/Monday, and I was approved on Tuesday. As soon as I found the home I loved, we were on the phone with the listing agent immediately. I highly recommend Stephanie and her team for two main reasons: - Speed: Outsiders told me I was crazy to try and move this fast, but Stephanie and her team never rushed me. They simply said if I could find a home, they would back me up. - Support: She was there every step of the way, patiently answering questions I'm sure she's heard hundreds of times. Buying a house comes with hurdles, but Stephanie handled everything seamlessly. She was a boss in the negotiations and worked tirelessly to ensure the deal was fair to me. She even provided recommendations for insurance, contractors, and landscapers. I'm a decisive buyer who doesn't like to hesitate, and Stephanie matched my pace perfectly. I would not have wanted anyone else to help me find my home. Take the chance and jump in with Stephanie; you will not regret it!
