I had a fantastic experience at Stitch It in West Edmonton Mall. I met Olga, a recent immigrant from Ukraine, and even though her English is limited (which is understandable for recent immigrants); she was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to communicate with me and understood exactly what I needed for my blazer and jeans. Her skill and dedication are clear—great service so far!
Absolutely outstanding service. The hemming work was completed with exceptional precision and care, and the finish looks completely professional. The staff were courteous, efficient, and clearly very experienced. Turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality delivered. It is rare to find craftsmanship of this standard combined with such friendly service. I would highly recommend this hemming place in Wembley to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality alterations.
They were fantastic. I dropped off my son’s outdoor work jacket to have a broken zipper replaced. They were able to squeeze the repair in and had the jacket fixed the same day. Great service. Thank you.
They do very good work. The staff are not friendly. It's the only store I can use for my uniform alterations so I don't have experiences to compare this service to. If you ignore the personalities, the quality is good.
we had an emergency and needed dress alterations for a wedding this weekend. we came to Stitch it in West Edmonton Mall and they got the wedding dress fitting perfectly in 2 hours. definitely recommend for all alternation needs!
