They did an amazing job altering my pants! If I hadn’t found this place, I would probably still be folding or cutting my pants myself. The manager’s kindness and exceptional tailoring skills truly impressed me. This is definitely the best alteration shop I’ll be coming back to!"
Long story short i had a sweater that i loved dearly , i wore it only a few times since it was new and in a public bathroom it came in contact with bleach covering a large area of the front of my sweater… my mom brought it in hoping it wasn’t bleach and that it could be removed but unfortunately not, she asked if the sweater could be cut and cropped slightly to get rid of the stain, i don’t have a name unfortunately but a wonderful lady working there assured my mom it would be fixed and looking brand new better than ever. She picked it up today and i took it out of the bag and was speechless, it looked like nothing had EVER happened to it. I truly can’t thank this lady more than enough. Now i can wear it again !! 100/10 !!!!!
My experience here was 10/10. Ladies (I don't know their names) were smiley and kind, I felt so welcomed here. They were also able to give amazing suggestions and make sure all the details were discussed before taking your order.
Terrible service. Visited on Saturday around 5pm. They will only grudgingly take care of your order for a minute until another customer walks in the door. After that, no one looks at you as if you don't exist. I absolutely do not recommend. It is better not to waste your time and go to another tailor. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Came in just to shorten the sleeves of my brushed coat, but the lady at the shop went above and beyond. She suggested a few extra tweaks to better fit my body shape. The result was amazing! My coat now fits perfectly and looks much more flattering. Super satisfied with the service and would definitely come back. 😄
