The only positive thing I can say is that I was able to get a next-day appointment. Unfortunately, the waiting time was very long. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and three days later it still hasn’t been corrected. I called the office three times and was told I would receive a callback, but that never happened. Luckily, the doctor provided samples, which allowed me to manage my eczema in the meantime.
If you want a knowledgeable Dermatologist office without the expense of lacking friendliness, this is your place! The staff is kind and understanding. That was probably the smoothest new patient forms I’ve ever filled out on a tablet. I meant to mention to them whatever software they use is very easy to fill out. PA Steven Blakeley was very approachable and throughly addressed my concern. Explaining to me knowledge on it and had a great plan to get me all fixed up. I was even given advice on how to prevent this from happening again and something I could use to help. I was also told if I wasn’t 100% better by two weeks that there was already another plan in place and it was explained to me. It’s quite the drive for me to get there, but completely worth it! I really liked their cozy office and the exam room smelt wonderful with whatever they were diffusing. 10/10 score from this patient!
Such a great experience as a patient. Was able to secure a last minute appointment with Steven Blakeley, PA-C, which is a rarity in the Derm world. I was in such a panic over an a skin concern. Steven was able to walk me through his assessment and findings. He was incredibly comforting and had the best bedside manner. I highly recommend him as a Derm professional. The staff was helpful and supportive as well. Thanks much!!
PA Steven and his staff are all exceptional. From the front desk check in, through the appointment process is seamless, educating and comfortable. I always love coming to see everyone here! I received botox from their FNP Raquel yesterday and it was a great experience. My first time and it was a breeze! Calmed my worries. I loved hearing her thoughts and her gentle touch. She listened to my concerns and has me on the road to feeling more confident! Highly recommend coming to see her for botox and filler.
I have been a patient at Stone Oak Dermatology for a few years now and I highly recommend them. Sylvia is a fantastic esthetician and Dr. Blakeley takes time to listen and work with each patient on their individual issues. Together they have helped me resolve my skin problems, improve my complexion and gain my confidence back! I’m very appreciative for what they’ve done!
