Rang to make a booking, got told to go online to make a booking myself and they just hung up the phone on their end, made booking online and arrived with my 3 grandchildren told what lane we would be on and then was told if we didn't finish our 2 games on the time they specified the lane would be shut down regardless, we were placed on a lane next to a lage group othe people with multiple disabilities who would just walk across in front of us continually while the children were trying to bowl as well as pushing there ramp across into our lane. I will never bowl here again, most unhelpful staff I have ever come across.
Had the best birthday party ever here for my ten year old. There were 12 very excitable boys, Edie our party host was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend getting the food and party bags as extras, it was soo easy, we didn't need to bring anything at all. Edie was really proactive (I had a very bored 2 year old so she helped us find him a game to play), we had kids with accessibility needs and was handled so smoothly. My son was made to feel really special, will be absolutely coming here again for our other sons next party. Thank you Edie and all the staff!
The manager was wonderfully helpful and accommodating, despite the fact that we were NOT the easiest of patrons! We encountered payment dramas, swapped shoes three times, asked to store our skateboard and picnic basket behind the desk, and then, to top it off, our game ran long and she let us stay an extra 15 minutes past closing so we could finish! Even after all this, we asked if she could capture a photo of us together, and she happily obliged (still with a smile on her face). In fact, even the phone call when I made the booking was refreshingly pleasant. She was amiable, cheerful and had lovely phone etiquette (something I’ve noticed fewer and fewer people have these days). Overall, the whole evening was a definite 10 out of 10! Thanks, ladies! :) P.S. Somehow, I scored 101… I usually score in the low thirties, so I definitely enjoyed that bit too! Haha 😋
Incredible staff and facilities. I always have an absolute blast here. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, 5 stars for customer service. I’ve come here so many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you!
A Hens Night to Remember at Holey Moley Charlestown! WOW , where do I even begin?! We recently celebrated a hens night at holey moley Charlestown and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric, the vibes were immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. Massive shoutout to Holly and Kalan, you two are absolute superstars! Holly made sure every detail was on point, and Kalan not only brought the fun but even dressed to match the theme of our hens night. We LOVED it! They even decked out the place to perfectly suit our theme, and the effort that went into it didn’t go unnoticed. To the entire team at Holey Moley Charlestown thank you for making the bride-to-be feel like an absolute queen If you're planning a hens night, birthday, or just a night out with your crew this is THE place to go.
