I'm 77 years old and I have saved just about everything from my childhood on. Letting go of those memories was tough and I told Susana right from the start that I might be a handful... and I was. But Susana handled it all with grace. She is calm, cool, and has a quiet strength about her that let's you know she means business--in the best way. She helped me see what needed to go without making me feel rushed or judged. She works hard ! I trust her completely. Her teammate was just as wonderful. They were both a joy to have around, especially during such a big change in my life. I honestly feel this was the best decision I've made in a long time. Susana is brilliant. Detail-oriented, efficient and meticulous. She is such a fun personality to be around and requires little guidance about where to place items. She knows what gets used daily in the kitchen and what clothes need to be easily accessible I didn’t need to sit with her the whole time. I worked in my office while she handled the closet and kitchen it was perfect. I highly recommend her services!
