I have been sugared before but Payton makes the experience super comfortable and pleasant. The place itself is clean cute and pink. Very cute vibes. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for sugaring/ waxing. Ask for Payton!
I got my first ever male Brazilian done here and it was super gentle with describing everything that’s going to happen and I felt really at peace letting a stranger wax me there because of how great Service was
The services have actually been good and the women who work there are friendly. However, I had been working with Myrna and then was changed to someone else without any forewarning. Getting waxed is a personal experience and I was not notified of the change in esthetician, which was annoying and a little bit upsetting. Furthermore, I am trying to cancel my membership - I had signed up online initially and submitted the form to cancel the membership. It stated that someone would call me in 24-48 hours. I have not received a phone call. A few days later, I called the actual store and asked them to cancel my membership and they said that I would need to speak to a manager. Fine. I left my name and number. Today, I get a call that rang once and hung up. I called back and it was obvious that the call was ignored. I called back again, saying I was trying to cancel and to needed to speak to the manager and the girl who answered the phone said he had just left. It should not take an act of congress to cancel a membership. I do not recommend them as these are very shady business practices.
Had my first-ever sugaring appointment today with Monzerrat, and she was truly incredible. She was so kind, patient, and calming throughout the entire process. I was definitely a bit nervous and fidgety since it was my first time, but she made the experience feel so much easier and more comfortable than I imagined. She explained everything as she went and made sure I felt okay the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience—so grateful I booked with her. Highly recommend!!
