I've been with Suncoast since March, and they deserve every bit of this excellent (long overdue) review. Matthew F. is the reason I won't go anywhere else. Matthew is professional, patient, and highly educational, taking the time to explain why he treats the way he does. As a first-time homeowner, he took the time to explain the treatments and made me feel completely at ease about my termite issue. I always feel comfortable and confident with him in my home. The team is great, from the kind and informative ladies on the phone to the employee who shared that they are a locally owned company—a huge plus for me. I had some new windows installed and the crew showed me where live termites were just eating the wood. I went online and choose Suncoast due to good reviews. I had an imprint that very afternoon since I was very upset! Joe came over right on time to inspect. Joe was so amazing with everything termite related! He returned the next day. I have never seen such a dedicated worker! The whole process took all day, from everywhere in the attic, to the cramped crawlspace under my house! He put baits out,he drilled small holes into concrete, he went into every room spraying. He was working even with bad back pain! I told him he could finish another time, but he pushed through and finished the job,hours later. What a company! my sister has one of those well known companies with a T and an O in the names, no comparison. Use Suncoast and maybe you will lucky to have Joe dothe Job!

Suncoast went above and beyond in treating our beach condo before we took occupancy and the technician Alex even brought our deliveries into the unit for us! Excellent service beyond expectations.
Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable during our termite inspection. He brought a service to our attention we didn’t even know we were supposed to be getting and got us booked and ready to go! He was so friendly and professional and was full of really useful tips.
