This place is a 10/10 everytime! I’ve made appointments but I’ve also just walked in and they always have time for me. I’ve had three different masseuses and they’re all amazing! Cici was my last gal and let me tell you she was so thorough, she did stretching and her face and scalp massage were everything I wanted as a long haired, over worked girl. The rooms are always so clean and cute and they pay attention to details like good calm music, heating pads unfolded the sheets on the bed and low lighting. So affordable too and they always send you off with water and maybe a little treat. Keeps me coming back.
I had a deep tissue massage with Lily and it was one of the best massages ever. The pressure was perfect and it helped me relieve all my stress. Feels so fresh after the massage. Definitely recommend it!! Thank you. Will visit again.
I went to get a couples massage with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Neither of us had gotten a massage before so we weren’t sure what to expect. Right when we walked in, it felt relaxing. The staff were kind and pleasant. Our masseuses did a fantastic job, applying just the right amount of pressure and working out all my knots. We both felt so relaxed by the time the massages were finished. We will definitely be visiting again. The only thing I would suggest is that if you make your appointment online that you call to confirm. I made the appointment online but when we got there, they didn’t have our appointment in their book. They were very accommodating and were still able to fit us in. This did not detract from the experience at all and we had a fabulous time. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!
Had a wonderful experience today at the spa with Lily and Alice. My family gifted me with the 3 hour package. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Their services are top tier. Lily gave an excellent massage, soooo relaxing. And Alice did the most amazing facial. What an absolute pleasure to come here. Excited to come back soon.
This was not a good massage. First, my appointment was changed from Linda to Cici without checking if I was okay with it. Annoying but I wanted to give them a chance. The space is pleasant and staff are friendly but I’m here for pain and tension relief, not vibes. I’ve had a lot of massages over 20+ years, often from small Asian-run day spas like this including in Southeast Asia, and I prefer them to large chains or overpriced resort spas. Masseuses tend to be strong and do a great job. The masseuse I got seemed very inexperienced. I had a 90 minute massage and 30 min cupping session. The strokes did not have any sort of rhythm, they were way too soft in certain places, too hard in others, and didn’t seem to follow the muscle at all. She would stop massaging an area very abruptly, use thumbs when she should use her palm, and a few times during my appointment it seemed like she fell asleep because she just had her hand on me with no pressure or movement for an awkwardly long time. She gave me a head massage that was too long and intense, especially while the cups were pulling on my skin. Her phone was also buzzing the whole time - NOT relaxing. Generally, I don’t like when they try to sell you on add-ons mid massage - it cheapens the experience. But I agreed to adding hot stones since heat has helped with pain management. The stones were way too hot. They burned my skin a few times so I had to tell her remove them. At one point she had them all stacked on my spine and they’d occasionally tumble to the table beside me - again not relaxing. The cups were tightened way too much which was painful, and she used my legs as a table, placing the bin of cups on them while she applied and removed the cups- really not relaxing. The last straw was when she removed the cups while making some disapproving noises. That concerned me but she didn’t speak English so she couldnt tell me what was happening. She tried to say something but I didn’t understand until she picked up her phone and gestured to taking a picture. It was an unusual request during a fully nude massage but I figured she wanted to show me discoloration on one, maybe two cupping spots. She took a whole video of me lying naked, backside exposed, encircling my body to show me the marks left by every single cup including several on my rear and down my arms, where I had never had cups placed before - they’ve always been on my back only. I felt violated. She showed me she deleted the video so that was a relief but still not okay. I feel somewhat bad leaving a bad review because Cici was very nice, but again, I’m here for therapeutic bodywork that I really needed and this wasn’t it. Definitely won’t be coming back here, especially given the price.
