To preface, Liz came by on 12/10/25 switched out my breaker and did a great job. She was 5 stars. The rest of this review is to cover the lack of transparency in financing, warranty, and specs on the job. Now into the real review: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Warranty: Jameson specifically told me at signing that warranty covers "all costs" on the machine during its entire life, which is not accurate. Today, I received clarification that the warranty covered 10-years, which is not full-service life. In addition, it only includes a 1-year of labor. Specs: No specifications on the products installed were present on the invoice and were provided to me over two weeks after the fact. Total cost of project on a 3/3.5 split was $10,500, which seems overpriced considering the service and lack of clarity received. If you're looking for good value, it's not with this company. Financing: Despite being told initially different terms of financing, I received a rate that was far too high. When I requested that Super Heat discuss with the service finance company (as the financing company would only discuss modification of terms with the dealer). Jameson pushed it to a "general manager" to "assist", This was clearly a delay tactic by Super to try and exceed the 3-day window on cancellation of the financing contract, which would have locked me into unfavorable terms. I was only contacted after cancellation to make payment. Final conclusion: I am disappointed with the tactics regarding sale and financing, and lack of clarity on the warranty and specs on the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone else; trust has been severely damaged. I hope everyone takes time to read. Bryant: I have sent you an email and tried to call, no response, and your mailbox is full so I can't leave voicemail. I see no indication that the system warranty has been registered with the manufacturer. When I asked for proof of warranty and confirmation of manufacturer registration, I received an editable pdf with again, not any detailed terms of the warranty. Permitting has scheduled me multiple times where the county has not shown up at appropriately scheduled times. When I had a Super Heat rep come by for virtual inspection, their pictures were insufficient and failed inspection. When I had my latest appointment scheduled 12/24/25, no one showed up at all.
Subject: Dishonest pricing and unprofessional service "I booked a $49.00 cleaning and inspection, but the experience was a disaster. The technician, Tomeck K., arrived and immediately tried to reschedule because he 'started at 7 am' and it was a 'long day.' I had to push just to get him to do a basic visual inspection. After a brief look, he claimed I needed a new thermostat line for $1,589.07 and insisted it was a two-person job. When I refused, he magically dropped the price to $600. His attitude became irritated and obnoxious when I declined again. I paid $29 just to get him off my property. The kicker: I went to the store, bought a $4.99 fuse, and replaced it myself. The system works perfectly now. This company seems to prioritize overcharging and high-pressure sales over honest repairs. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a pattern. Avoid at all costs."
I had a great experience with Abe Gebre 11/12. He was meticulous in upgrading my air conditioner and explained the process fully including educating me on the filter. His personality was very respectful and I hope he will be able to service me with future issues with my air conditioner. I had another great tech, Felix this afternoon 11/13. He made sure all the parts were working and I was able to turn on and off the air conditioner. He was very personalble and kind Thanks for the quick TAT. I LOVE ABC. ❤️
I had a great experience with Super Heat and Air today. Victor Medina came out and spent all day fixing the issue and got my system working perfectly. I really appreciate his time and effort and he was very friendly as well. I would recommend him and this company.
