I chose Valet 4 with the express polish, normally priced at £27, and was offered a £3 discount for completing a review. It was my first visit at SQS, and I already have mixed feelings about the quality of the service. The photos on their website show a very different standard of car cleaning than what I received. From a distance the car looked great, but a closer look told a different story. The front grill and headlights hadn’t been cleaned, the bottom of the windscreen was untouched, and there was a white dirt mark left in the middle of the bonnet. Out of four wheels, only two were properly cleaned while the other two were just power-jetted. The tailgate, including the area around the emblem, had several missed spots, and the same applied to the door windows and the exterior plastics, which hadn’t been dressed. The interior was better and generally well done, but still not perfect. The boot was supposedly vacuumed, yet there was a layer of dust and sand left in the corners, and the front windscreen had streaks. Even with the discount, I expected a complete and careful service, not something done in a hurry.
One of the best car wash in Manchester, all staff is very kind, friendly and hardworking. They always turn my dirty car into new one. Lads are doing good, highly recommended!!!!
Shocking valet, one of the worst I have ever had. Granted I don't have a luxury car but it cost me £30 quid to get the valet and I shouldn't have bothered, everything was still full of dust, the boot hadn't even been touched and the staffs attitude was horrid, DO NOT GO HERE EVER
Oh dear! Three star today. Usually 5 star. I took my 10 year old, rough as a scrap yard car, for a No:4 posh wash. Now it just looks rough. I took it home to clean it again. At least they got the bird dung off the windows. The interior was disappointing too. Not quite as good as previous visits but it won't put me off going again. Next time it's just a basic wash. I feel that I wasted my money. Update: 30/07/25 Back on form again. Called in today for a dare. They did a particularly good job today on my beige Fiat.. I was the 1st customer of the day.
