Ronnie was excellent. He was Professional and did a great job. He was kind and knew what he was doing. Loved that he had everything he needed on the truck and got it all done in one day. Great service. Loved that I called yesterday and was able to get an appt and he even got here early. He took his time and knew what he was doing. He explained everything in detail. I’m was happy that I got it fixed right.
We needed a fix for a water valve in our Laundry Room. While it was not an immediate need, they had someone come out the very next morning from booking the appointment. Charlie (our technician) was fast and knowledgeable and got to work quickly. We were lucky that it was not a worse issue than what it was, but I have full confidence that they would have handled it if it was worse. What I really appreciate is that when they send a technician to your home between the short time window that they give you, you can see the technician in real-time via a text message they send to you so that you know when they will arrive, rather than guessing if it will be hours before they arrive. I can't recommend them enough.
10 out of 10. Jason explained everything and was patient with my questions. I look forward to having him do the repair. Jason came out the next day and completed pipe repairs in my foundation. Wonderful work, including clean up. Jason rated 10/10! Had another Uponor PEX pipe leak two days later in a different spot. Jake and Bryce came out and repaired super quick. Great work as usual. Uponor pipes are terrible!! I hope I don’t get any other additional leaks, but if I do Superior will get the call. Great customer service and great Plumbers! 3rd Uponor pipe leak this week! Fifth Uponor pipe leak total. Superior to the rescue. Thanks Jason for working late and helping us out before the holiday weekend. Again 10/10. Guess it’s time to get a pipe refit for the entire house.
Charles was great. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and polite. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. My mother in law had a similar experience with another technician and was equally impressed. Again, highly recommended!
My Technician was great. He really was. Super nice guy, knowledgeable, respectful, i give him A+. The price that I was charged by the company however, is absurd. I’m a fairly technical person, I know how to snake a drain and troubleshoot issues, I’m decently handy. Because I recently had surgery im currently unable to lift and remove a toilet. My tech had to remove the toilet and snake the drain, and the clog was fixed within probably 15 minutes. He then used the camera which I’m told is very expensive, to inspect the pipe for issues. This is a brand new house mind you. For a grand total of approximately 1 hour of work including cleanup, I was blessed with a nice hefty bill of $1209. I understand equipment costs, but that’s a cost of operating a business and that pipe camera paid for itself with probably the first 20 customers, at these rates. For this reason I’ll never use this company again, and will not recommend. Again my tech was fantastic, really great guy not a reflection on him at all. $1209 for a 60 minute toilet clog is absolutely and utterly out of this world.
