We feel lucky to have had Andrew represent us in selling our Fells Point home! From the first meeting, Andrew impressed us with his deep understanding of our neighborhood, our specific type of home, and how the current market conditions would factor into the transaction. He was very intentional about coming up with a strategy that was customized to our specific needs, rather than laying out a generic strategy/sales pitch for how to best sell our home. The entire process was run kind of on autopilot - Andrew and his team took care of a lot of coordination around photography/painting/small fixes here and there, along with the backend work to actually get the home live on various sites. Our home sold quite quickly, and Andrew's guidance throughout the actual transaction made the daunting task of home selling/buying extremely simple. I was a first time home buyer and Brendon went above and beyond to help me through the whole process! He was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and assertive when needed. He gave me great advice when putting in my first offer and it got accepted! It went by pretty quick, and we had bumps with negotiations and such. Andrew Undem was a dream to work with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he took care of us from beginning to end. We didn't have the buying expertise but Andrew taught and lead us through the entire home buying process from sending us newly listed properties, numerous tours (I'm picky), home inspections, and signing the final paperwork. He helped us find our dream home and for a great price (under our budget). Andrew negotiated fiercely to ensure we were able to secure our dream home. He's very nice and all smiles.
