We had a wonderful experience purchasing our furniture thanks to two amazing sales associates: Amir and Anmol. They were quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable, took the time to clearly explain all our options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were also friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference for us. Thanks to their support, we ended up buying a beautiful furniture set that we are very happy with. Amir and Jhazz were exceptionally helpful to me when I purchased an Ardoline 3 piece table set, a black metal 18 inch table lamp and a Canyon Maple Twin Bookcase head board. They made my shopping experience pleasurable. The excellent prices for all three items was impressive. I will shop at Surplus Furniture Store at 1200 St. James Street in Winnipeg, in the future.
Surplus Furniture at 1200 St. James St. offers outstanding customer service. The store manager, Richard, helped me get a free replacement for the center support bar and the T-shaped support leg of my queen bed. When I went to pick them up, he wasn’t there, but he had already arranged everything for a smooth pickup. All the customer service agents were very kind and attentive, especially the agent who assisted me, Hersh. Thank you so much. Today is my birthday, so I’ll definitely sleep well tonight. My partner and myself just bought our first couch Alvin and AB where the two sales associates to help us and damn were they good. If you guys are looking for a good price with really nice staff and all around Good vibes I'd come down here. Whole sectional ottoman and insurance for under $3,000 is hard to beat guys
We had such an excellent experience with Surplus Furniture! From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible, and we were so happy with the mattress we purchased. Later, we ran into a strange issue with the product (something hard to even explain), but when I reached out by email..I was blown away by how quickly and kindly the team responded. I have honestly never seen such incredible customer service. A huge shoutout to Richard, the manager, who patiently listened to me and understood my concerns, and guided me through the solution in such a calm, professional, and reassuring way. He didn’t just treat me like a customer..he treated me like someone who truly mattered. That kind of care is rare to find these days. The entire Surplus Furniture team deserves praise, but Richard in particular made a lasting impression with his kindness, dedication, and problem-solving attitude.
