Lacey is incredibly skilled and precise with Botox. She assessed my facial muscles first and explained how many units were ideal for a natural result. The procedure was quick, clean, and painless. I love how soft and lifted everything looks highly recommended!
Absolutely love this place! The vibe is everything! The infrared sauna has become a must in my weekly routine, I feel so rejuvenated afterwards. With having such a busy schedule self care can be at the bottom of the priority list some days 😬 but with the affordability and flexibility this place has it’s almost inexcusable. $10 off any sauna service Mondays! Heck yes! 🙌
My absolute favorite place! Weekly infrared saunas and IV drips are amazing! The staff, to include the ownership is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accommodating! They are like family!!!!

My near daily contrast therapy practice at Sweat Equity has become an integral part of my mental and physical health routines. Aside from how great it feels thanks to the dopamine surge after cold plunging, I’m motivated by the research that shows contrast therapy improves cardiovascular health, reduces blood pressure, and reduces inflammation in the body. I also appreciate that the staff is always warm, knowledgeable and helpful. Great vibes all around.
