This has been my best gym experience for a long time. There is all the right equipment I am looking for, and especially my favorite the manual treadmill and hip thrust isolation machine. The owner Michael Sweeney is such a friendly person and he really cares about keeping up the atmosphere. Plus they are really good at fixing or replacing broken equipment fast which is a huge plus.
Been coming to sweeneys for about 4 years now and what a great gym. The environment is awesome, definitely very welcoming and if you are just looking to keep to yourself and get a workout in it’s great for that as well. The 24/7 access is amazing as well, being able to come in whenever you want and get it done. If you have a chance definitely stop and and meet Mike (owner) or luke (manager) and sign up! Best gym in the MKE area with fair prices!
Omg Sarah is totally awesome! I love the positive motivation she gives to do better and get strong with each session! She is truly a great trainer and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get back in the Gym! (Just don’t take my time slots 😂😊)
I have been a on and off again member pretty much my whole adult life and let me tell you this place is absolutely amazing. Friendly atmosphere and so much to offer no matter what age or size! Gym is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week Sauna Free tanning Free classes and so much more! Stop in today for a free day pass and check this gem out.
Best gym around! Great atmosphere, with a lot of positive social encouragement! The owner, Mike is amazing, as are his personal trainers. Looking for a cool, old school style gym, this is your spot. Can't say enough great stuff about this place.
