Sweet Kream Bakery absolutely nailed the design of my daughter’s Sweet 16 cake! From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and truly focused on making sure we were happy with every detail. They brought our vision to life perfectly, the cake was not only stunning but also tasted amazing. You can genuinely tell they bake with love and take pride in their work. It was the centerpiece of the celebration, and we received so many compliments! I highly recommend Sweet Kream Bakery for any special occasion, they truly aim to please and deliver beyond expectations.
Great bakery staff was very welcoming and gave gave great suggestions. They have a lot of cupcake style desserts and cheesecakes and some other specialty items. We got a lot bread pudding was apple flavored very good. Both cheesecakes one strawberry taste real not like artificial strawberry however the banana one did come off as artificial. We got the mudslide and Reese’s jumbo cupcake they both were good a lot of cake though. They also do their own cakes which you can order there. Overall a good bakery and tasty items.
My husband and I needed a specialty cake for our retirement party and Sweet Kream Bakery did not disappoint! I walked into their shop and was immediately greeted and treated kindly. I wanted to get something simple but with a creative touch as well. I explained what I was looking for and pulled up a couple of photos of our CPO combo covers and rank devices and it was brought to life on the cake. I’ve seen quite a few bakers attempt to make the covers but none of them can even come close to the quality and detail we received from Sweet Kream. Not only did the cake come out picture perfect it was moist and delicious too! We will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for a quality cake and something special that everyone will keep talking about then look no further! Sweet Kream Bakery should be your one and only choice. Oh they even offer military discount! Amazing!!!
What a hidden gem in the heart of Chesapeake! We stopped in today and were instantly greeted by the sweetest, most welcoming staff. The bakery itself is absolutely adorable, cozy, charming, and full of delicious aromas. We picked up 6 regular cupcakes and one jumbo, and WOW… every bite was perfection! Moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. It’s clear they put a lot of love into their baking. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
I have trusted this bakery with my son’s birthday cakes for the past few years, keeping the designs simple since I didn’t always plan ahead. This year, for my daughter’s first birthday, I reached out earlier with a much clearer vision—and I am so glad I did! Her Winnie the Pooh-themed cake was absolutely stunning. We had several detailed design requests, and they executed them perfectly. It was honestly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, so much so that it was heartbreaking to cut into it! Even her smash cake was perfect. Beyond the incredible talent of the baker, I have to give a special shoutout to the wonderful woman who helped coordinate the design. She was incredibly patient, kind, and so helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her effort and hope to work with her again for my son’s next birthday cake in a few months.
