I was locked out of my brand new laptop, which was prompting me for a BitLocker recovery key passcode. After several unsuccessful attempts to access it, I decided I needed professional help. Brian was able to assist me with the issue. He was upfront about the charges and mentioned that he wouldn't charge me if he could access my laptop within five minutes; otherwise, I would need to pay. Thankfully, he was able to get into my laptop, and I was so grateful that I felt he deserved a positive review. They are honest and don't try to swindle you out of your money. If you're having laptop issues, I highly recommend going here! It's definitely worth it.

Amazing - twice have fixed / saved my computer! Most recently, I spilled water on my laptop. They were able to clean my computer and get it back up and running in 2ish days (to dry out). I'd recommend them to anyone.
¡Gran servicio y ubicación! Me han encantado mis tres experiencias aquí. Diré que los prefiero para el servicio en lugar de cualquiera de sus productos minoristas. Pero si necesitas algo reparado, actualizado, etc., Sweet Memory es el mejor lugar para ir. Súper amable, auténtico y súper rápido. Intenta reservar una actualización de memoria en otro lugar y tendrías que programar con días de antelación, pero en Sweet Memory puedes simplemente entrar y hacerlo — tampoco en alguna habitación trasera oculta. Mi sugerencia para ellos para mejorar es centrarse en inventario de calidad en lugar de inventario de bajo precio, o al menos capturar un espectro más completo de artículos de precio y calidad.
