Our experience at purchasing this hot tub was phenomenal. With the guidance of Casey and Cameron We felt very comfortable with our purchase. We spoke to Paul occasionally as well and he's very knowledgeable and he definitely knows what's going on in this business. And the install was completed by poncho which was top notch very professional and really paid attention to details. Thank you everyone of y'all for an amazing experience.
If you are looking for a hot tub…Sweetwater is where you need to go and ask for Kasey. She is amazing and will answer all of your questions. I went in telling my husband I wasn’t buying anything today and walked out owning my new hot tub! Thats how comfortable I felt with the whole process! Kasey is very responsive answering all questions and assisting us as we had to go through our HOA for approval. She made recommendations that I feel helped make the process easier. Today it was delivered by Poncho and Aldo. They were wonderful and explained everything to us. Everything was done in a timely manner. Overall, this whole experience has been top notch! I would highly recommend Sweetwater Hot Tubz! They are a great team! Thank you
We had a pleasure shopping for a Hot Tub. Kasey was very helpful and knowledgeable. We got to sit in various models to get an idea of seating and size. We even had our 1 ½ yr old granddaughter with us. Poncho delivered it the day before. Thanksgiving and set it exactly where we wanted it. Great experience, great service and great price!
I recently received services from Mrs. Kasey Robertson, Paul, and Poncho (delivery guy) from Sweetwater Hot Tubz and the experience was excellent! We went to the store in San Antonio, TX and Mrs. Robertson gave us a mini tour, showed us all the equipment there, and answered many questions with a smile on her face. She gave us a great military discount and mentioned few offers depending on the equipment. In addition, they were very professional and flexible over my needs and obstacles. My HOA took a looong time to approve my project and Sweetwater Hot Tubz kept my equipment in storage and waited without complaint until I was ready. On top of all this, they sent an employee to inspect the area to recommend best way to install the equipment. In my case a big crane wasn’t necessary and they contacted Heave Ho! Crane Co. to place the spa in place. With the assistance of my electrician, Mr. Koepsel (The Electrician LLC) everything was set quickly and smoothly. Price was great, the process easy, and their flexibility made the whole experience pleasant. I definitely recommend them.
Kasey was great! No pressure sale and lots of information to help me decide. Poncho’s delivery team was equally a positive experience thank you all! Update: We’ve enjoyed the hot tub almost daily now for over a month. It is great therapy! We absolutely love it. The digital water care system takes out the guess work for water maintenance and the freshwater salt system is fantastic. No regrets!
