The team who look after Haven are absolutely wonderful. From the vets to the nurses and reception staff, everyone is so caring, compassionate and professional. Whether it’s annual check-ups, a panic visit after eating chocolate, or behaviour-related concerns, they are always patient, thorough and reassuring. I’m always so thankful knowing she’s in such good hands.
Everyone here loves their patients and treat them like their own. It s a very busy practice but they’ll always make time for you even if they don’t have it. Moose hung out with the team for 6 days after successful CCL and Luxating patella surgery. Their care and dedication was second to none and Moose was chill and made some new friends!
I’ve been to many vets, and this is the only place where they were able to trim my cat’s nails without anesthesia. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the excellent care! 🙏🏼
Over many years, the Inner West Veterinary Hospital has looked after our blue cattle dog, Tilly, our spoodle, Polly, our pug X shih tzu, Shug, and now our rescue girl, Coco – a French bulldog. They handled all the big things with calm professionalism – Tilly’s cruciate ligament repair, Shuggy’s spinal surgery, the hideous hemangiosarcoma that saw Polly out. But it’s the everyday things that are so important - like vaccinations, teeth checks, feeding advice… Coco’s allergies, Poll’s annual bouts of gastro… that time when Shuggy ate a bee… that time when Coco ate the chicken soaker… We’ll always be grateful for the compassionate care they’ve given our girls. Big special shout out to Dr May – she’s a treasure!
