During a 3-month visit to Australia from Brazil, my trip went a bit downhill when I woke up one day feeling like a "stiff neck" had got me, like many other times throughout my life. I realized something was really off when it didn't go away in 3-4 days; instead, it kept getting worse. I tried fixing it on my own by taking some over-the-counter pills, doing some stretches, applying heat pads and having home massages. I had pretty much exhausted all those options, and although they would provide some short-term mild relief, none of them seemed to fix the problem permanently. I ended up suffering for a bit over 3 weeks. At the peak, my neck was completely "locked" and my movements were severely restricted. I had to turn my entire body to look to the sides, and on top of that, there was the constant pain. Since I was experiencing a "locked" sensation in my neck, I thought consulting a Chiropractor would help. I had a quick look online and found Jeff's practice and booked my first visit. When I got there, I could barely move my neck. The physical pain was overwhelming, and on top of that, I was feeling really down and depressed, thinking this could be chronic and I would have to live with this forever. During my first visit, I had a lengthy consultation with Jeff, during which we took some X-rays, and he quickly identified the issue. Years and years of bad posture and lack of physical exercises created a dysfunction in my neck which resulted in the pain, limited range of motion and possibly some inflammation in the region. He very calmly explained how I could get back in good shape and suggested some long-term steps for me to continue improving the overall condition of my neck and spine. I then had my first adjustment session with him and felt instant relief! The locking sensation went away immediately and I regained some range of motion within seconds. The pain was obviously still there, but I got some of the relief I was wishing for so long. As my time in Sydney was very limited, I went all-in and booked a session for every day Jeff was available over the next two weeks before my trip back to Brazil. After 2 or 3 sessions, I was already feeling SO MUCH better. My neck finally "unlocked", and the pain started fading away. Before the end of my first week, I was completely pain-free. It also feels like I've regained some clarity and life energy. I'm in such a better place now, and this is all thanks to Jeff and his incredible work. I still have two more sessions to go, but I can say for sure that seeing him was the turning point in getting this resolved. Thank you so much, Jeff, for helping me get better.
