Amazing place to learn meditation and grow personally! I’ve had a really positive experience with Sydney Meditation and all their team.Their classes are offered both in person and online, which makes it easy to join whether you live nearby or further away. The guided sessions are welcoming and suitable for beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice. I noticed real benefits in my calmness and awareness after attending regularly and it’s been a game changer helping me get through tough times. The team genuinely wants you to discover your true self and find greater happiness, and the environment at the centre feels peaceful and supportive. The sessions are structured but relaxed, and you can come multiple times a day online if you want. They also offer free intro sessions which I found really helpful when I started. Learning this method of meditation has truly been a transformative experience for me. It has changed my life for the better in so many ways by allowing me to feel less anxious and to live in the moment. After trialling many forms of meditation in the past that did not resonate with me, it was so refreshing to come across this easy to follow method. Making space to systematically process thoughts and emotions is something that has become a part of my daily ritual now. It has allowed me to see many things from a different perspective. It has also helped me work on letting go of deep wounds of the past. Furthermore, the experienced teachers Robin and Helen at Sydney Meditation are incredibly kind, generous and inspirational. They help guide my thought processes in a non-judgemental and supportive way. I would highly recommend this method of meditation to anyone who is hoping to find inner peace and a greater sense of fulfilment in life. One of the best things I have done in 2025. I was advise by a career coach to start meditation and was sceptical as a rational male. That siad, this meditation has been life changing. I got load of positive feedback from colleauges, girlfriends, friends and the like. Definatley recommended. Just do it - it will change you life for the good.
