Excellent take 5. Great service, probably the best I've had at any type of auto shop. Terrence checked was super friendly and helpful, answering questions and doing a free tire pressure check also. Not to mention they were very efficient and quick. Will be coming back.
Hey there. I have been a regular customer of Take 5 for the last two years. Today, when I went there to get an oil change, there was an employee named Juan who told me that there were some things in my car that he could change. I requested him that I would get all that work done at the dealership because my car has an extended warranty, and that I only wanted an oil change at the moment. He did not stop and kept forcing me to get that work done from them. Even after repeatedly saying no, he became very aggressive and rude. At that time, I was on the phone talking to my family, and this person was insulting me. I request Take 5 to please explain to this employee that if a customer is not interested, they should not be treated rudely. I understand that there may be some incentive involved, but that does not mean ruining someone else’s day by insulting them and repeatedly pressuring them. This behavior is not good for your business or for customers. I hope you will look into this matter and try to ensure that such behavior does not happen with any other customer in the future.
Take 5 oil Change was great. When I drove in they greeted me with a bottle of water. And they were very polite. They showed me my options for full synthetic oil and then proceeded to change my oil. Once completed they checked for leaks and showed me the reading on the dip stick. They also showed me my air filter and suggested that I could probably get by for another run without replacing it. Overall it was a very good experience. And I would recommend it to anyone.
Everything was sharp and on point! The whole team and the manager were buzzing around all three Bays, tight operation. Calling instructions out to each other and where they were at on Next Step at each vehicle. This particular location very impressive, and the young woman leading the crew. I've been to a few Take Five spots, this is by far the best. Full observations and recommendations on my old work truck, very invaluable. They keep me rolling!
I came in on a Monday morning for my state inspection and it was super quick—zoom in, zoom out! Lola, the technician, did an excellent job and made the process smooth from start to finish. Juan gave me a cold bottle of water as a welcome, which was a great touch. Fantastic service — highly recommend!
