Avoid at all cost…techs not trained very well. Couldn’t answer basic questions. Didn’t know how to open the hood. Just stood there and showed me the inside of my oil cap. I asked why he was showing me this and he couldn’t answer… Finally, he said it was dirty…🙄 I left without service. On the way out, the other tech thought he would be helpful by suggesting I had the wrong sized windshield wipers. Be safe out there!
My first experience with take 5 was the best. Zach was amazing. He made sure i was good. Customer service is excellent. I’ll definitely be back.
Do not fall for the sales tactic upsales that they try to pressure you into. I came for an oil change and ended up getting an additional $150 service that I am very confident I did not need after about 5 minutes of research without a sales associate at my shoulder pressuring me into it.
The guys were great. I left my oil change to the last minute and I’m so glad you all were open later than other stores.
Mark & Donovan really hooked it up on the oil change. They were very helpful and even offered to put my windshield wipers on for me. They had great energy and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Coming to this location from here on out. Thank you Mark!!
