After going to 3 Take 5 locations,(lines were long and 1 place did not have my oil filter), I decided on Oak lawn location in Dallas, Texas. Waited in line for 1 hr but the service man did tell me it would be that long and they offered me some water. The service was magnificent. Even though the wait was long, I knew they would provide great service

This was my first ever car inspection! I was offered a refreshment and tended to fairly quickly. Corbin was top-notch with service, he had me in and out in no time and completed his job in a courteous yet quick manner. That young man deserves a raise! Thanks Take 5!!!

I recently visited Take 5 for an oil change and had a great experience. They were open until around 7 or 8 p.m., which worked perfectly with my busy schedule. When I arrived, the staff quickly asked what service I needed, and I waited no more than about 30 minutes. They were moving efficiently with both lanes open. During the oil change, the technician noticed that my oil pan screw wasn’t fully tightened and that there was a lot of sludge at the bottom of the pan. They took the time to clean everything out, which I really appreciated. They added fresh oil, changed my filter, and explained other services they offer without being pushy. The staff was friendly, professional, and thorough. Overall, I really enjoyed the service and would definitely return for another oil change in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Corbin. He was extremely helpful from the moment I pulled in. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the services my car needed, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was — it made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Thanks to Corbin, I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. Highly recommend seeing him if you stop by!

Had a great experience here, yet again! I’ve been a customer here for 3+ years now. I stop in for annual smog inspection (TX car registration) and this time I spoke with Jesse the Assistant manager about my cars needs, and then Nathan helped with getting my appt set up. Speedy helped with my state inspection, and then Destiny helped with my tires that were low from the Texas heat — it was a full team effort.
