Dominic Lovotti was my attorney at Taylor Law working along with his paralegal, Stephanie. Together they were pleasant to work with. The Lovotti team guided me through my first time I needed an attorney to defend me in a lawsuit. Dominic and Stephanie kept me informed at each portion of the process which ended in the dismissal of the suit. They were constantly aware of my tight financial condition in guiding me through the process. I highly recommend Mr. Lovotti along with his paralegal as a caring and effective attorney team.
I couldn’t be happier I went with this law firm. I rarely ever get lucky with really anything, especially in dealing with issues. From the first phone call and consultation I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience. Dominic and Stephanie have been so amazing to work with I can’t speak highly enough about them. I had a short complimentary consultation with Jason Schauer, he exceeded my expectation for this type of appointment. He was candid and forthright provided me with information I needed to make an informed decision.
Definitely does not feel like a "community firm". The first time I called, I confirmed the amount in controversy was less than $10,000, so they told me they couldn't help me. When the situation escalated and the amount in controversy was over $10,000, I called back. They requested all of my information, gave me pricing, asked if it was doable, I said yes, asked if I wanted to work with them, I said yes, and then they immediately told me that they would not be able to help me and would refer me to the Idaho State Bar. I never got to speak to anyone but the receptionist. I wasn't able to get a "free consultation". When I asked why she took all my information and had me go through what had happened only for her to tell me they wouldn't help me, she stated" I have an intake form". What a waste of time.
We've worked with Matthew from Taylor Law and have received top notch service each time. Very transparent with any questions regarding billing, time frame, needs and wants, etc... He also takes care of clients with even the smallest of needs. Highly knowledgeable, and very responsive. We've enjoyed working with Taylor Law!
