I worked with Taylor for a little under two months as I wanted to make sure I had proper form for strength training. It was a great experience! He was personable, flexible, and fun to work with. He taught me how to do all of the lifts properly, and he also helped me correct some mobility issues I was having and provided some insight on how I could move forward on my own. Really helped me get a better idea of where to go fitness wise in a very short amount of time. Highly recommend!
