We were quoted 2,200 to replace a circulation pump on the water heater to diminish the time for water to get hot. Seemed extremely high to me, but hubby signed off on it, so there we were. Plumber came back the next day, installed the thing in about 30 minutes, after showing up two hours later than the time frame quoted. Turns out nothing worked. Called the company and another plumber came out who adjusted the pump. Still nothing. He then determined that he needed to come back with supervisor and it turned out that the pump was wrong, the setting was wrong, everything was wrong. Finally, on the fourth visit after me spending several days changing my schedule so I could be home, the new pump was installed. The supervisor had the gall to charge me an additional 525 to pay for the second plumber. I will never, ever work with this company again after having to pay 2,725 for a simple pump replacement. I feel totally ripped off!
Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. I’ve called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Shout out to Brian for helping us figure out the kitchen leak! It was not an easy one.
Used Team Rooter to install toilets, replace old cast iron drains and sewer line. The work wasn't cheap but worth it for quality and professionalism. Overall, we're pleased with the work and appreciate that they'll stand by it with warranty on installation and material. Thank you for doing an excellent job!
Team Rooter had great customer service. They were very responsive and quickly came out to service our work. The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. I would definitely recommend Team Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.

My regular plumber referred me them when he was unavailable so I felt good about calling them - he was right. They are great.
